The YPF Tower in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, was designed by César Pelli for the oil company YPF, its developer and headquarters occupant. The article gives 2005 for the start in its text and 2006 in the infobox, and completion in September 2008, with inauguration in August 2008 by the infobox. It names no style or materials.
The tower is 160 meters (about 525 feet) tall with 44 floors and 75,000 square meters (807,000 square feet) of floor area. At completion it was the tallest office building in Argentina. The estimated cost was US$134 million, and CRIBA was the main contractor.
On May 25, 2012, it was lit in the colors of the Argentine flag three weeks after YPF's nationalization. In 2021 YPF sought US$400 million in financing and put the building, called "Torre Pelli," up for sale.
