World One is a 76-floor residential tower in Lower Parel, Mumbai, on the former Shrinivas Mill site. Pei Cobb Freed & Partners designed it, and the Lodha Group developed it. Leslie E. Robertson Associates was the structural engineer. The article gives the materials as steel and reinforced concrete and the height as 919 feet (280.2 m). Groundbreaking was on July 23, 2010, and the tower was completed in 2020 at an estimated cost of over $321 million.

The developer first planned a height of 1,450 feet (442 m), but the Airports Authority of India did not approve it, so the project stalled and was redesigned. Giorgio Armani designed the interiors, which include a pool, a gym and cricket pitches.

The sources conflict on ranking. The infobox says it was India's tallest building from 2020 to 2023, while the text calls it the second-tallest completed building in India as of 2024.
