Worker and Kolkhoz Woman is a stainless steel sculpture by Vera Mukhina. Boris Iofan conceived the composition. It was made in 1937 to crown the Soviet pavilion at the Paris World's Fair. After the fair it was moved to Moscow and it now stands at VDNKh.

The paired figures are 80 feet (24.5 meters) high. The supporting frame weighs 63 tons, and the outer shells, made of sheets half a millimeter thick, weigh 12 tons. The style is Socialist realism with an Art Deco aesthetic. It became the Mosfilm studio logo in 1947.

The sculpture was removed for restoration in autumn 2003 and unveiled again on December 4, 2009, after six years of work. A new pavilion pedestal raised its total height from 113 feet (34.5 meters) to 197 feet (60 meters).
