It has 73 floors and an architectural height of 1,100 feet (335 m), including a 294-foot (90 m) spire. A concrete core rests on an 18-foot-thick base formed by a record concrete pour. It holds an 889-room InterContinental hotel, 677,000 square feet of offices and about 67,000 square feet of retail.
An open-air bar and an observation deck sit near the top. The crown carries two LED displays, and the building has about 2.5 miles of LEDs. The article gives no hours.
