Wat Benchamabophit, the Marble Temple in Bangkok, was designed by Prince Narisara Nuwattiwong according to the infobox. The text credits Prince Naris, the king's half-brother. King Chulalongkorn requested it after building his nearby palace. The infobox gives completion as 1911, but the text says construction began in 1899 and gives no completion year for the temple.

The article describes an ornate Bangkok style with Khmer-inspired and Western elements. It uses Italian and Carrara marble, with lacquer and gold interiors. It gives no dimensions.

Thailand submitted it to UNESCO in 2005 for future World Heritage consideration. Its facade appears on the five-baht coin. It is an active temple with daily alms and festival processions, and the Benchamabophit National Museum is on site. The article gives no hours or ticket details.
