Warsaw Spire in Warsaw's Wola district was designed by the Belgian firm Jaspers-Eyers Architects with Projekt Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury, for the Belgian developer Ghelamco. The article gives the style as Neomodern. The main tower has 49 floors, a roof at 590 feet (180 m) and a height of 720 feet (220 m) including its tip, with a hyperboloid glass facade. Two auxiliary buildings stand 180 feet (55 m) tall, and the floor area is 1,392,160 square feet (129,336 m²).

Construction began in mid-2011, and the building reached its maximum height in April 2015. It was completed in 2016 and opened on May 12, 2016. A neon sign reading Kocham Warszawę, meaning I love Warsaw, was installed in 2014 and returned permanently in 2016.

The complex is an office development, and Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, is headquartered in Warsaw Spire B. It won the MIPIM award for Best Office and Business Development in 2017.
