The Cross of Liberty and Monument to the War of Independence stands on Freedom Square in Tallinn, Estonia. Rainer Sternfeld, Andri Laidre, Kadri Kiho and Anto Savi designed it, and their entry, Libertas, won a 2006 competition. The Riigikogu decided in spring 2005 that the column would be erected, and Celander Ehitus built it. It was unveiled on June 23, 2009, on Victory Day.

The column is 77 feet (23.5 meters) tall and is made of 143 glass plates. The article lists no other materials. It incorporates the Cross of Liberty, Estonia's highest award, which was established in 1919.

The monument commemorates those killed in the Estonian War of Independence, which ran from 1918 to 1920.
