The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas stands at the southeastern corner of CityCenter on the Las Vegas Strip, on the former Boardwalk site. Kohn Pedersen Fox designed it, with AAI Architects as architect of record and Adam Tihany for the hotel interiors. MGM Mirage and Dubai World were the original owners. It opened on December 4, 2009 as the Mandarin Oriental, and rebranded as Waldorf Astoria on August 30, 2018.
The tower has 47 stories, with 389 hotel rooms and suites on the first 22 floors and 225 condominiums above. Features include a two-floor spa, a pool, and Pierre Gagnaire's restaurant Twist. It earned LEED Gold in 2009. A renovation ran from 2021 to 2024, and the lobby moved from the 23rd floor to the ground level in 2023.
The article states no hours. Tiffany Lam and Andrew and Peggy Cherng bought it in 2018 for $214 million.
