The article lists the style as Structural Expressionism and the material as concrete.
The tower rises 493 feet (150 m) with 49 floors and 653,046 square feet of floor area. Its form begins as a triangle on a small plot beside the Granville Street Bridge on-ramp and grows into a rectangle at the top. Box-shaped balconies on the east and west facades give a honeycomb texture.
It holds homes and shops. The Spinning Chandelier, a public artwork, stands nearby as part of the city's rezoning requirement. On April 15, 2021, a burst pipe on the 29th floor damaged 17 units and several elevators. The article gives no public access.
