Tvrdoš Monastery stands near Trebinje in Republika Srpska, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It belongs to the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Eparchy of Zachlumia, Herzegovina and the Littoral. It was established at the end of the fifteenth or the start of the sixteenth century. It remained a seat of the archbishops of Herzegovina.

The monastery was reportedly destroyed by Venetian forces in 1694. The present monastery building was constructed in 1924. In 2021 retired Bishop Atanasije Jevtić was buried in the cemetery's Chapel of the Resurrection of the Lord.

The complex has a courtyard, a church, a souvenir shop and wine cellars, one of which dates to the fifteenth century. The monks produce wine, especially Vranac and Žilavka, and the cellars are a popular tourist attraction. It is a Category II cultural monument.
