Triyuginarayan Temple stands in the village of Triyuginarayan in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, at an altitude of 6,500 feet (1,980 meters). It is dedicated to Vishnu, and it was completed in the eighth century. It is believed to have been built by Adi Shankaracharya. The style is North Indian Himalayan, and it resembles the Kedarnath Temple.

The temple holds a silver image of Vishnu about 2 feet tall, shown with Lakshmi and Saraswati. A sacred fire has burned in front of the temple for generations, and visitors add wood to it and collect its ashes as blessings. A stone called the Brahma Shila marks the place of the wedding of Shiva and Parvati.

A road runs about 7 miles (12 kilometers) from Sonprayag, and a trek of about 3 miles (5 kilometers) also leads there.
