The Trianon in Frankfurt was built from 1990 to 1993 for the developer FVH Frankfurter Vermögens-Holding. The infobox credits Novotny Mähner Assoziierte, Hentrich Petschnigg & Partner and Albert Speer & Partner. The article names no style, and describes an equilateral-triangle layout with three-sided corner towers and an inverted three-sided pyramid on the roof. It says the building was the first structure in Germany to use high-strength concrete.
The roof is 610 feet (186 m) high, with 45 stories above ground and four below, 23 lifts and a floor area of 1,270,000 square feet (118,000 m²). It is the eighth tallest skyscraper in Frankfurt and in Germany as of 2023.
DekaBank sold it in 2007 to a Morgan Stanley fund, and NorthStar bought it in 2015 for US$540 million. IGIS Asset Management and Hana Financial Investment paid US$758 million in 2018. The owner filed for insolvency in June 2024.
