The tower is 165 m tall with 41 floors and 57,000 square meters of floor area. Steel and tinted-glass window cladding runs in horizontal stripes. The footprint is elliptical and up to 70 m long and 32 m wide.

A conical section, cut from the northern side from ground level to the 26th floor, serves as the main entrance. A circular canopy 24 m in diameter marks the base. The article gives no cost or public access.
