Tour Incity is an office skyscraper in Lyon's La Part-Dieu district, at the corner of Rue Garibaldi and Cours Lafayette. Valode & Pistre designed it, with Denis Valode and Albert Constantin in charge. The public inquiry was in March 2010, work began on April 11, 2013, and construction finished at the end of 2015. The article names no style or structural material.
It stands 656 feet (200 m) tall including the spire, with 39 floors and about 40,000 square meters of floor area. The article calls it the first HQE city-center tower in France. Since June 26, 2024, its top lighting shows the next day's air quality for Lyon.
It replaced the vacant UAP Tower, demolished in 2012. SNCF rents 18 levels and the Caisse d'Épargne Rhône-Alpes head office also has space. Since its inauguration, 5-square-meter glass panes have repeatedly cracked and fallen. The article gives no hours.
