Titanic Belfast was designed by CivicArts and Eric Kuhne and Associates as concept architects, with Todd Architects as lead consultants, for the developer Harcourt Developments. The infobox gives a May 2009 start and a March 31, 2012 opening, while the text gives no start date. Funding was half from the Northern Ireland Executive and half private, with support from Belfast City Council.

The angular form is inspired by a ship's prow and references Belfast shipbuilding. About 3,000 silver anodized aluminum shards clad the facade over a steel frame with composite concrete floors. It is 126 feet (38.5 m) tall, matching the Titanic's hull height, with eight stories and about 12,000 square meters.

The infobox gives a cost of 101 million pounds, and the text splits it into 77 million for construction and 24 million for enabling works. It drew 807,340 visitors in its first year and 953,554 in 2025. The article gives no hours or ticket prices.
