The Spiral, at 66 Hudson Boulevard in Hudson Yards, was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group with AAI Architects as architect of record. Tishman Speyer developed it, and Turner Construction built it. Plans were filed in September 2016, construction began in 2018, it topped out in January 2021 and it opened in 2023. The article calls the style postmodern.

It has 66 floors, a roof height of 1,031 feet (314 m) and 2.85 million square feet of space. Outdoor gardens on each floor form a continuous green pathway that spirals around the facade. A clubhouse, a lounge and an open-air terrace crown the 66th floor.

Tenants include HSBC, Pfizer and the law firm Debevoise & Plimpton. The site began in 2014 as Hudson Spire, planned at 1,800 feet. Tishman Speyer paid $438 million for the site. The article gives no public access.
