The O2 Arena sits inside the former Millennium Dome on the Greenwich Peninsula in London. HOK Sport, now Populous, designed it. Buro Happold was structural engineer and Sir Robert McAlpine general contractor. AEG International is listed as owner and operator, though the article does not say who commissioned the arena. Construction ran from 2003 to 2007, and it opened on June 24, 2007. The article gives no cost or style.

The arena takes up about 40 percent of the dome, which is about 1,200 feet (365 m) across and 171 feet (52 m) high. It has a fabric roof, built on the ground inside the dome and then lifted into place. The design reduces echo, and the seating and floor can be reconfigured for ice, basketball, concerts, exhibitions and conferences.

Capacity is 20,000. North Greenwich station on the Jubilee line serves it. The article gives no hours or ticket details.
