Thames House on Millbank in London was designed by Sir Frank Baines of the Government's Office of Works, with sculptures by Charles Sargeant Jagger. It was built from 1929 to 1930 as offices for Imperial Chemical Industries, on riverside land cleared after the 1928 Thames flood. The infobox gives Neoclassical, and the text calls it Imperial Neoclassical, drawing on Edwin Lutyens.

The infobox gives Portland stone and granite and eight floors. Jagger's statues of St George and Britannia stand high on the frontage, and a distinctive archway was partly infilled during renovation. An automated miniature monorail brings files up from the basement. It is Grade II listed.

MI5 first used the building from 1934 to 1939. The government bought it in 1994, and a renovation by GMW Architects reopened on November 30, 1994. It has been the headquarters of the Security Service since December 1994. Trespass is an offence. The article gives no hours.
