Tencent Binhai Mansion at 33 Haitian Second Road in Nanshan was designed by NBBJ for Tencent. Construction started in 2012, it topped out in February 2015, and it was fully completed in the first half of 2017. The article gives no style, materials or opening date.
Two towers stand 248 and 194 meters tall, with 50 and 41 floors and 350,000 square meters of floor area. Three skybridges connect them and hold green spaces, fitness areas and community spaces. Three vertical corridors are named Cultural, Health and Knowledge.
The towers have digital tour guides, conference rooms that adjust temperature by occupancy, and digital alerts for available parking. A waterproofing project finished in 2025.
