Takanawa Gateway Station in Minato, Tokyo, was designed by Kengo Kuma for JR East. Construction began on February 10, 2017, and the station opened on March 14, 2020. The article names no style or materials.

The station has four tracks and two island platforms. It sits above the former Tamachi Depot, and the Yamanote and Keihin-Tōhoku tracks were moved 120 meters east to serve it. An event space overlooks the platforms, with shopping and dining inside. The south exit opened on March 27, 2025 with the Takanawa Gateway City complex.

The name drew criticism. It received only 36 votes in the naming campaign, and a petition against it gathered 47,766 signatures. Ridership was 28,418 passengers a day in fiscal 2024. The Yamanote and Keihin-Tōhoku lines serve it.
