The Święta Lipka Sanctuary is a Roman Catholic basilica dedicated to the Most Holy Virgin Mary, Queen of Poland, in northeastern Poland. The Society of Jesus founded the church and convent, and Cardinal Michał Stefan Radziejowski initiated construction. It was built from 1688 to 1693 in the Baroque style and consecrated on August 15, 1693. A fortified cloister, with domed, tower-like chapels, was completed in 1708.

The monumental altar has three main stories and gilded figures of saints and martyrs, and was made from 1712 to 1714. Johann Josua Mosengel built the pipe organ from 1719 to 1721, and its decorative figures move as it is played. Frescoes were completed in 1727.

A medieval shrine was destroyed around 1524. The sanctuary was named a Historic Monument of Poland on April 20, 2018.
