The Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing was designed by Lü Yanzhi and completed by Poy Gum Lee. A committee ran the design competition. The infobox gives groundbreaking in January 1926 and completion in January 1929, while the main text says construction finished in spring 1929. Sun was buried on June 1, 1929.

The article says the design blends traditional imperial tomb styles with modern architecture. It uses white granite, reinforced concrete and blue glass tiles, and the seated statue of Sun is Italian white marble. The sacrificial hall is 98 feet (30 m) long, 82 feet (25 m) wide and 95 feet (29 m) high. 392 steps lead up to the site, which covers 3.22 square kilometers.

Japanese forces shelled the staircase during the Battle of Nanking. It is Sun's final resting place and a memorial within a scenic area. The article gives no hours or ticket prices.
