Strawberry Fields is a memorial to John Lennon in Central Park, on Central Park West at West 72nd Street near The Dakota. Bruce Kelly, chief landscape architect for the Central Park Conservancy, designed it. It was dedicated on October 9, 1985, Lennon's 45th birthday. Yoko Ono asked for a living memorial instead of a statue and gave over a million dollars for landscaping and upkeep.

The site covers 2.5 acres (1 hectare). A circular Imagine mosaic of inlaid stone in the style of Portuguese pavement marks the focal point. Schist outcroppings carry a plaque, and native and ornamental plantings fill the grounds.

A floral border and benches are maintained by the Central Park Conservancy. Three dawn redwood trees stand at the northern tip of the upper lawns, and a woodland walk passes rhododendrons, hollies and mountain laurel.
