Stadium Australia, now Accor Stadium, stands in Sydney Olympic Park and was designed by HOK Sport. Venues NSW owns it for the New South Wales government. Groundbreaking was on September 12, 1996, the cost was 690 million Australian dollars, and it opened on March 6, 1999 with an NRL double-header. The article names no style or materials.

The field is 160 by 118 meters (525 by 387 feet). Capacity was 115,000 for the 2000 Olympics, then movable seating allowed rectangular and oval layouts in a 2001 to 2003 reconfiguration costing about 80 million dollars. A 120-meter scoreboard was added in 2022.

It hosted the 2000 Olympic ceremonies and football final, plus the 2003 Rugby World Cup and the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.
