The Stade de Luxembourg in Gasperich was designed by the local firm Beng Architectes Associés with Gerkan, Marg and Partners of Hamburg. The Ministry of Sport and Luxembourg City funded it. Construction started on August 21, 2017 and finished in July 2021. The first international match was on September 1, 2021, and the inauguration was on September 25, 2021. The cost was about 80 million euros, up from an initial 61.1 million estimate. The article names no style.

It holds 9,386 for sporting events with fully covered seating, and up to 15,000 for concerts. The east-west orientation is due to the adjacent A6 motorway.

A hybrid grass surface serves football, rugby and concerts, and the Coupe de Luxembourg final is played here.
