St. Sebastian's Cathedral in Bratislava is a Roman Catholic church and the seat of the Catholic Military Ordinariate of Slovakia. Ladislav Banhegyi was the architect.

The first stone was laid in 1995. Permission to build was received in January 2007, twelve years after the first stone, and construction began in the spring of that year. The roof was built in 2008. Archbishop Stanislav Zvolenský consecrated the structure on June 13, 2009, and it was designated the seat of the military ordinariate that year.

It is also called the Cathedral of the Military Ordinariate. Construction took about two years, from the spring of 2007 to the consecration in June 2009, in the Slovak capital.
