The Spinnaker Tower stands at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, England. The local firm HGP Architects designed it, with engineering consultants Scott Wilson. Portsmouth City Council owns it, and Continuum Leading Attractions operates it. Construction began in 2001, and the tower opened on October 18, 2005.

It is 558 feet (170 meters) tall and built of steel, with steelwork fabricated by Butterley Engineering. Three observation decks offer views.

The first deck has a glass floor, and the top deck is open-air under a wire mesh roof. Visibility extends about 23 miles (37 kilometers). The article names no architectural style and gives the address only as Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. The owner and the operator are separate organizations.
