Sphere in Las Vegas was designed by Populous, with acoustics by Arup, for the Madison Square Garden Company. Las Vegas Sands first contributed the land, and Apollo Global Management replaced Sands in 2022. The infobox says built 2019 to 2023, but the groundbreaking was on September 27, 2018. Excavation began in 2019, construction paused in March 2020 because of COVID-19, and the opening was on September 29, 2023. The cost was 2.3 billion dollars.

The article describes a spherical geodesic dome with a steel frame, an exterior LED exosphere and a concrete roof layer. It gives conflicting roof steel figures of 3,000 and 13,000 tons. The venue is 366 feet high and 516 feet wide on 18 acres, with nine levels, 17,600 seats and standing room for 20,000.

U2's residency opened it, and it hosted UFC 306 in 2024. It grossed 420.5 million dollars that year. A pedestrian bridge links it to the Venetian Expo. The article gives no hours.
