The Sondheim Theatre is a Grade II listed West End theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue, at the corner of Wardour Street in the City of Westminster, London. W. G. R. Sprague designed it, along with the neighboring Hicks Theatre, now the Gielgud Theatre. It opened as the Queen's Theatre on October 8, 1907. It seats 1,137 across three levels.

A German bomb hit the theatre in September 1940 and destroyed the facade and lobbies. It reopened on July 8, 1959, with the Edwardian decor of the auditorium kept.

Les Misérables ran there from April 2004 to July 2019. In 2019 the theatre was renamed in honor of Stephen Sondheim after a 20-week refurbishment, and it reopened on December 18, 2019. The work added boxes named after Maggie Smith and Judi Dench and lowered the stage by 30 centimeters.
