SOCAR Tower is the headquarters of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic on Heydar Aliyev Avenue in Baku. Heerim Architects & Planners of South Korea designed it, and Tekfen Construction built it. Construction began in 2010 and it opened in 2016 at a cost of $406.5 million. The article calls the style structural expressionism.

Two towers curve around each other as they rise, from a concept of wind and fire. The height is 686 feet (209 m), with 42 floors including two underground. The frame is composite steel by Permasteelisa Group, with reinforced concrete walls. It is designed to withstand winds of 118 miles per hour (190 km/h) and a magnitude 9 earthquake.

It holds offices, conference and sports facilities, a guest house, retail and food outlets. It was Baku's tallest building until the Port Baku Towers passed it. The article gives no visitor access details.
