Sky Habitat is a residential complex in Bishan, Singapore, designed by Moshe Safdie. CapitaLand bought the site in 2011 for $550 million. The architect was hired around 2010, and the project launched in April 2012, with about 70 percent of units sold by April 15. It was completed in August 2015. The article names no style and says the design was inspired by Safdie's Habitat 67.
Two towers are joined by three aerial walkways. The design gives each unit cross-ventilation and multiple exposures. The article gives no materials or dimensions.
Marketing firm ERA Realty was told to stop an aggressive campaign before the launch, and prices were cut shortly before it. Sales slowed after the first launch, and the project was relaunched in April 2014 with prices 10 to 15 percent lower. The towers are private homes.
