The Sinamalé Bridge links Malé, Hulhulé and Hulhumalé in the Maldives across a channel more than 164 feet (50 meters) deep. It is the nation's first sea-crossing bridge. Construction began in 2014, and the bridge was inaugurated on August 30, 2018. The infobox gives September 7, 2018, as the opening date.

A US$126 million Chinese government grant and a US$68 million Export-Import Bank of China loan funded it, and China Harbour Engineering maintains it. The article does not name a designer or a client.

It is a curved bridge 0.9 miles (1.4 kilometers) long. The deck is 67 feet (20.3 meters) wide and carries two car lanes plus separate lanes for motorcycles and pedestrians.
