The Shin Marunouchi Building is an office and restaurant tower in Chiyoda, Tokyo, designed by Sir Michael Hopkins. Mitsubishi Estate is the client. Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei was the structural engineer and Takenaka Corporation the main contractor. It was completed and opened in April 2007. The article gives no style. High-tech is an assumption based on Hopkins's exposed structural work.

The tower has 42 floors, 38 above ground and four underground. The antenna spire is 197.6 meters (648 feet) high. Its floor area is 195,490 square meters (2.1 million square feet), which makes it a very large urban complex.

The article records no awards or notable events and states no materials or design features. It gives no access details, though its restaurants suggest public areas.
