Sheffield Cathedral combines work from about 1200 to 1966. The infobox lists Flockton & Gibbs in the 1870s, Charles Nicholson from 1936 to 1948, and George Pace with Ansell & Bailey from 1960 to 1966. The text says Flockton & Gibbs finished their restoration in 1880 and Nicholson's plans were scaled down because of World War II. It does not mention Pace.
The article calls it an unusual mixture of medieval and modern architecture. It is 161 feet (49 m) to the spire tip. The 1770s walls are moorstone, and it has alabaster and marble monuments, stained glass and a hammerbeam chancel roof. It became a cathedral in 1914, and the west end was added and the church rededicated in 1966.
An arson fire on May 14, 2020 damaged the interior, and the choir closed in July 2020. The article names no client and gives no hours.
