The Sapporo Clock Tower is a wooden clock tower at North 1 West 2 in Chūō-ku, Sapporo, on Hokkaidō, Japan. It was built in 1878 in an American design, and it is the only remnant of the drill hall of the former Sapporo Agricultural College, now Hokkaido University.

Its clock was installed in July 1881 by E. Howard & Co. of Boston, Massachusetts, and was first used on August 12, 1881. As of 2021 it was Japan's oldest clock tower and the oldest building in Sapporo. The clock still runs and chimes every hour.

The tower was designated an Important Cultural Property in 1970. It houses a museum on the history of the college and the development of Sapporo. Adult admission is 200 yen.
