Sainte Marie de La Tourette in Éveux was designed by Le Corbusier as his final building, with Iannis Xenakis designing the undulating glass surfaces on three exterior faces. A committee of the Dominican Order decided its creation. The infobox gives construction from 1956 to 1960, while the text says design began in May 1953 and was completed in 1960.
The article calls the style Modernist and International. It is reinforced concrete and glass. Four wings enclose a central space. The church is a compact rectangle on the hillside, and the other wings rest on pilotis. The design included about 100 bedrooms, plus study, library, dining and worship spaces.
UNESCO inscribed it in July 2016 with other Le Corbusier works. It still operates as a priory with a reduced number of friars, and unused cells offer overnight stays, though the page cites no source. It is about 16 miles (25 km) from Lyon. The article gives no hours or rates.
