The Sacred Heart Cathedral in Rēzekne, Latvia, is the cathedral of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rēzekne-Aglona. Florian Wyganowski designed it in the Neo-Romanesque style. A wooden church built in 1685 by Franciszek Jan Bieliński previously stood on the site, and it burned down in a storm in 1887.

Work on the current church began in 1888, and construction was completed in 1902 under Wyganowski, after fourteen years of building. The rebuilt church is Catholic, and it serves the Diocese of Rēzekne-Aglona. The church was dedicated in 1904 and consecrated in 1914.

On December 2, 1995, Pope John Paul II raised it to cathedral status by the bull Ad aptius consulendum, when the Diocese of Rēzekne-Aglona was created.
