The Rinku Gate Tower Building in Rinku Town, Izumisano, is a 56-floor skyscraper 840 feet (256 m) tall. Nikken Sekkei and Yasui Architects & Engineers designed it. The article names no style, and lists the cost as 66 billion yen. It was conceived in the mid-1980s as one of twin towers marking a gate to Kansai International Airport. The second tower was dropped, and it opened in August 1996.

Offices were largely empty early on, and in 1999 Osaka Prefecture moved functions in. The hotel's operator went into liquidation in 2005, and a group led by Shinsei Bank and Kennedix bought the building for 4.5 billion yen. An affiliate of SiS bought it in December 2012 for 3 billion yen.

It has an international conference hall at the base, offices in the middle and a hotel at the top. The article places the observation level on the 26th floor in one place and the 54th in another.
