Republic Plaza at 9 Raffles Place in Singapore was designed by Kisho Kurokawa Architects & Associates with RSP Architects Planners & Engineers. Kurokawa designed Tower I. City Developments Limited is the developer and operator. Groundbreaking was on December 10, 1991, Tower I received its temporary occupation permit in December 1995, and Tower II was completed by January 1997. Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong opened it on January 25, 1998. The article names no style.

Tower I has 66 floors and a roof height of 280 meters (920 feet), with a varying octagonal cross-section. Polished granite and blue glass panels clad the exterior. Tower II has 23 storeys, and the podium has 10. Total floor area is 102,899 square meters. The basement links to Raffles Place MRT station.

It won FIABCI's top prize in May 1997. A S$70 million refurbishment ran from April 2018 to September 2019.
