Rand Hall is a three-story yellow brick building on the northeast side of Cornell University's central campus in Ithaca, New York. Gibb & Waltz of Ithaca, who also designed the Sibley Dome, designed it in the Neoclassical style, and it was completed in 1911. Mrs. Henry Lang of Montclair, New Jersey donated it.
Rand Hall first served Sibley College of Mechanical Engineering, with a machine shop and an electrical laboratory. By the early 1950s Cornell's Department of Architecture had moved into Sibley and Rand. In 1954 the visiting critic Buckminster Fuller built a 20-foot (6-meter) geodesic dome on the roof. Vandals destroyed it on Halloween night.
The building has about 30,379 square feet (2,822 square meters) of floor area. It later held studios, a library and a fabrication shop for the College of Architecture, Art and Planning. The building was gutted for renovation in 2018.
