Rafal Tower in Riyadh was designed by P&T Group. Construction started in May 2011 and finished in 2014. The article gives the opening as June 2013 in the infobox and January 2014 in the text, and it lists the style as modernism. It names no developer and gives no street address.

The tower reaches 308 meters (1,010 feet) to the roof, with 70 floors, 68 above ground and two below. About 17 floors hold hotel rooms, roughly 350 in all. The rest is residential, office and serviced apartments. The structure is concrete and steel with a glass facade and local stone cladding on the podium.

Energy-saving features include occupancy-based lighting controls and reuse of air-conditioning condensate water for irrigation.
