Quay Quarter Tower at 50 Bridge Street in Sydney was the AMP Centre, designed by Peddle Thorp & Walker and opened in 1976. The 2018 to 2021 redevelopment was designed by 3XN, with BVN as executive architect. AMP Capital developed it, and Multiplex was lead contractor. It reopened in early 2022. The article names no style.

The redevelopment raised the tower from 617 feet (188 m) and 45 floors to 709 feet (216 m) and 54 floors, adding cantilevers, a new facade and roughly double the floor space. The article says it kept 68 percent of the existing structure, though the body gives 66 percent of columns, beams and slabs. Floor area is 970,000 square feet (90,000 m²).

The article calls it the world's first upcycled skyscraper. It won World Building of the Year at the 2022 World Architecture Festival. It gives no access details.
