Prime Tower stands near Hardbrücke station in Zürich West, on the site of a former industrial facility. Gigon/Guyer designed it, and Swiss Prime Site developed and owns it. Losinger built it. A foundation stone ceremony took place on November 19, 2008, and the tower opened on December 6, 2011. The article names no style or materials.

It rises 413 feet (126 m) with 36 floors and about 39,500 square meters (425,000 sq ft) of mostly office space. From 2011 until the Roche Tower in Basel was finished in 2015, it was the tallest building in Switzerland. The planning name was Maag-Tower.

The building has a restaurant and bar called Clouds at the top, a conference center and a hotel on the ground floor. It stands with the Cubus and Diagonal buildings. The article gives no hours.
