Posco Tower-Songdo, also called the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, is a skyscraper in Incheon, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with Heerim Architects & Engineers. The developers were Gale International, Daewoo E&C and POSCO E&C. Groundbreaking was in July 2006, it topped out in 2009, and it opened on July 10, 2014 after recession-era financing delayed the interiors. The article names no formal style.
The faceted glass tower tapers from a square base to a triangular rooftop. It has 68 floors and an architectural height of 305 meters (1,001 feet). Shading devices on the exterior help regulate temperature. Graywater flushing and stormwater reuse cut water consumption by over 50 percent.
It became South Korea's tallest building when it topped out in 2009. Lotte World Tower passed it in 2017. Floors 38 to 64 hold a residence hotel with 423 rooms, and a 65th-floor observatory sits near the top.
