The Pont Gustave-Flaubert crosses the Seine in Rouen, in the Seine-Maritime department of Normandy, France. Arcadis NV and Eurodim formed the design team, and Aymeric Zublena advised on the machinery. Quille, a Bouygues subsidiary, was the contractor, with Eiffel, Eiffage and Victor Buyck. Construction began in June 2004, and the bridge opened on September 25, 2008.

It is a vertical-lift bridge built of concrete and steel. The total length is 2,198 feet (670 meters). The article gives the main span as 328 feet (100 meters) in the infobox and 394 feet (120 meters) in the text. Four pylons support two decks of 1,300 tonnes each.

The decks leave 23 feet (7 meters) of clearance when closed and 180 feet (55 meters) when open. Raising or lowering them takes twelve minutes. The article does not name a client.
