The Pinacoteca Nazionale is a national museum at Via San Pietro 29 in Siena, Tuscany, Italy. It opened in 1932 and mainly displays late medieval and Renaissance Italian paintings. It occupies two historic palaces in the city center: Palazzo Buonsignori, also called Palazzo Bichi-Buonsignori, and the Brigidi palace. The Brigidi palace dates to the 14th century. The Buonsignori palace was built in the 15th century.

It was long thought to have a 19th-century neo-medieval facade modeled on Siena's Palazzo Pubblico. A 2022 restoration found that the facade is mostly original.

The gallery holds one of the largest collections of Sienese paintings with gold backgrounds from the 14th and 15th centuries. It includes Duccio's Madonna and Child with Saints Polyptych and Ambrogio Lorenzetti's Annunciation.
