The Piedmont Region Headquarters, the Grattacielo della Regione Piemonte, is an office tower in Turin's Nizza Millefonti district. It stands on a former Fiat Avio site near the Lingotto mall. Massimiliano Fuksas designed it for the Regional Government of Piedmont. Work started in autumn 2011, it topped out in 2015 and it was inaugurated on October 14, 2022. The article gives no style or materials.

The tower has 42 floors plus two underground, with a roof height of 205 meters (673 feet). It houses the administrative offices of the Piedmont Region.

An investigation into the construction tender began in October 2012. A new investigation in March 2016 found faulty windows, and about 300 of 3,600 had to be replaced. Work resumed in summer 2017. Regional president Alberto Cirio and his staff moved in first in October 2022.
