The Phaeno Science Center in Wolfsburg was designed by Zaha Hadid, with Adams Kara Taylor as structural engineers and Mayer Bährle as project partner, for the City of Wolfsburg. The competition was held in January 2000. It opened on November 24, 2005 after just over four years of construction. The infobox lists Deconstructivism.

The building is mainly concrete, about 27,000 cubic meters, and steel. It is 52 feet (16 m) high and 558 feet (170 m) long, on ten conical concrete pillars up to 23 feet (7 m) across. The exhibition area is about 9,000 square meters. The text gives both over 350 and over 250 exhibit stations.

The cost is 79 million euros in the infobox and 67 million in the text. It won the 2006 RIBA European Award and an IStructE award. It drew about 228,000 visitors in 2022 and connects to the Autostadt by a metal bridge. The article gives no hours.
