The Passerelle Simone-de-Beauvoir is a footbridge over the Seine between the Pont de Bercy and the Pont de Tolbiac, linking Paris's 12th and 13th arrondissements. Feichtinger Architectes, under Dietmar Feichtinger, designed it, and the central span is lens-shaped. It is the 37th bridge on the Seine in Paris, and it was first called the passerelle Bercy-Tolbiac.

Work began in 2004. The steel central span weighs 650 tons and is 348 feet (106 m) long and 39 feet (12 m) wide. It was built by the Eiffel company in Alsace and hoisted into place on January 29, 2006. The bridge is 997 feet (304 m) long, has five crossings and no supports in the water, and it carries pedestrians and cyclists only.

It was inaugurated on July 13, 2006, with Sylvie Le Bon-de Beauvoir present. It connects the Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand parvis with the Parc de Bercy. The article names no owner.
