Panorama Tower is a mixed-use skyscraper at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive in the Brickell district of downtown Miami, Florida. Construction began in January 2014, and it was completed on July 9, 2018. It has been the tallest building in Miami and in Florida since 2017. The roof is 828 feet high, and the antenna spire reaches 868 feet. It has 81 floors, though it is marketed as having 85.
The architects were Moshe Cosicher and FONS Inc., and the style is Modernism. Zyscovich Architecture created the interior design concept, and Florida East Coast Realty was the developer.
The floor area is about 2.6 million square feet, with residential, hotel, retail and office space. A Hyatt Centric hotel with 208 rooms sits in the pedestal. It was the first Miami development partly funded through the EB-5 visa program.
